About the Role:
L R Smiles of Marietta is looking for a friendly and motivated Full Time Front Office Staff member to join our dental team in Marietta, GA! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience every day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately
- Collect and post patient payments and manage billing accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
Requirements:
- Two years previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Proficiency with Open Dental practice management software a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, patient-focused attitude and professional demeanor
