You’ll work directly with an independent Owner/Operator while building life and leadership skills that go far beyond the restaurant. FOH Team Members provide genuine service, solve problems with a sense of urgency, and create emotional connections with every guest.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
