Responsibilities:- Operate flatbed trucks safely and efficiently for local, or regional routes
- Secure and tarp loads in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driver logs
- Load and unload flatbed freight using proper securement techniques including straps and chains
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or delivery confirmations
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all federal and state transportation regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to customer job sites or facilities
Requirements:- Valid CDL Class B license required
- Previous flatbed driving experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of load securement, tarping, and tie-down procedures
- Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and on-time performance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
