Delivery Driver Associate

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $21.00 per hour
• Paid training at $21.00 per hour
• Overtime opportunities at $30.00 per hour

Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities

• Typical shift hours are approximately 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Work 4 days per week, averaging 8–10 hours per shift
• One weekend day per week is required
• Load delivery vans and safely deliver packages to customers
• Drive, walk, climb stairs, and navigate driveways in all weather conditions
• Follow all safety procedures on and off the road
• Use handheld technology for GPS navigation and delivery records
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, team-oriented attitude Requirements
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
• Clean driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
• Ability to operate a delivery van weighing up to 10,000 lbs.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to read and speak English for safety and communication purposes
  

Work Environment

• Flexibility is important, as routes may vary due to traffic, weather, or construction
• Daily schedules may vary slightly depending on route assignments and operational needs

Qualifications

• No previous delivery driver experience required
• Paid training provided at no cost to employees
