Job Title: Full-Time CRNA

Salary: $315,000 base, up to $327,000
Location: Lufkin, TX
Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD
Call: Call Required, 1:7
- $1,000 per weekend call day (Sat/Sun)
Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT (some pediatric), Spine, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Cardiology and CV. Approximately 500-600 OB deliveries each year.
Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but facility is willing to train
EMR: TBD
Supervision Model: Autonomous, team is comprised of 8 CRNAs
Job Summary:

Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
Minimum of 1-3 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, endo, OB/GYN and CV cases.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but facility is willing to train.
