Schedule:

6 am - 6 pm, Sun, Mon, Tues

6 am - 1:30 pm Wednesday

Compensation: $17.00-$18.50/hour

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the meals you cook are great tasting and great looking.
• Follow the recipes and the dietician-approved menu as directed by your Supervisor.
• Know specialized diets- ensuring all kitchen staff knows what resident’s current diets are.
• Respond to customer preferences and complaints.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen after service.
• When directed by your Supervisor, ensure all deliveries match delivery documentation. Report any discrepancies to your Supervisor immediately.
• Unload and stock deliveries as directed by your Supervisor.
• Be responsible for rotating stock to ensure items are used prior to expiration as directed by Supervisor.
