RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist for Full-Time Employment in Newark, NJ
RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently seeking a truly Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist for a full-time Consultation-Liaison psychiatry opportunity at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, a facility that provides state-of-the-art medical treatment across a broad spectrum of different disciplines. The C-L Psychiatrist will provide expert psychiatric care for patients with complex medical conditions to all primary care and specialty services as members of interdisciplinary teams by communicating and collaborating with medical and surgical colleagues to optimize patient care.
As the largest integrated health care delivery system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package including health, life, disability and malpractice insurance, 401k/retirement, plus PTO and added time off for CME.
Successful Candidates Will Be:
We are open to new graduates as well as experienced physicians! Please note that current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the residency stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of residency!
NJ Pay-Transparency:
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $315,000 to $475,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
