Full time Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. In this role, you will support residents or patients with daily living activities, help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and provide attentive, respectful care that promotes dignity and well-being.

What You Will Do

• Assist residents or patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Support mobility needs, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as directed.
• Monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or comfort to the appropriate clinical team members.
• Record and communicate routine observations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance with meals, hydration, and nutrition-related needs as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient or resident care areas.
• Follow care plans, safety procedures, infection control guidelines, and facility policies.
• Offer courteous, patient-centered support to residents, patients, families, and team members.

What We Are Looking For

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in accordance with state requirements.
• Ability to provide respectful, compassionate care to individuals with varying needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and consistency in following instructions and documenting care.
• Physical ability to perform duties that may include standing, lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and dignity in all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital, rehabilitation, assisted living, or similar setting.
• Familiarity with basic infection prevention, personal care techniques, and patient safety practices.
• Experience working with electronic documentation systems.
