IMMEDIATE NEED - Dynamic fast growing Non-skilled Private Duty Home Health Care agency is seeking a FULL TIME BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH FIELD Registered Nurse for NON-CLINICAL home visits in client homes.

The office is located in West Palm Beach, FL.

Job requirements:

• Must have an active state of Florida RN License
• 1+ years of experience working in a Home health setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Home Care policies and procedures
• Excellent communication & written skills

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities include the following:

• Complete initial assessment
• Initiate and develop plan of care
• Provide health care instructions to the patient
• Supervisory visits & Evaluations
