Position: Full Time BDC/Guest Services Representative
Salary: Base salary plus bonus, earning potential $35k to $40k a year
Schedule: Five day work week, flexible schedule, may include occasional Saturdays

BDC Representative Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via telephone, online text/chat, and/or email regarding service inquiries or follow-ups
- Partner with Service Department to schedule appointments
- Break down and assist with deal posting
- Cash out customers
- Send mailers and appointment reminders
