Certified Athletic Trainer (AT) – High School Setting

Location: Monrovia, CA 

Compensation: $70k-$78k annually (Full-Time, Salaried + Full Benefits)

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries for local high school student-athletes.
  • Design and execute proactive injury prevention programs.
  • Direct the return-to-play process in close collaboration with physicians, coaches, and parents.
  • Manage on-campus coverage for scheduled practices and home athletic events.
  • Maintain seamless digital medical documentation to track athlete progress.

What We Are Looking For

  • BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (AT) in good standing.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Completed Mandated Reporter Training (or a willingness to complete it upon hire).
  • Whether you are a seasoned secondary school veteran or a passionate new grad ready for a supportive start, we want to hear from you!
