About the Role:
Gentask is hiring three full-time appointment setters to pre-qualify ERC (Employee Retention Credit) customers. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who excel in phone-based outreach and customer qualification. A script, dialer, and all necessary resources will be provided. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential ERC customers using the provided script.
- Pre-qualify leads based on specific criteria and document responses.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize the provided dialer for call management and tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses in the system.
Requirements:
- Must be available during EST.
- Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead qualification.
- Ability to follow scripts while engaging prospects naturally.
- Comfortable using dialer software and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Background in financial services, ERC, or related industries is a plus.
- Proven success in an outbound calling environment.
