- Full-time: a minimum of 32.5 hours each week - 30 hours working plus meal breaks

Front of House Evening Closing Team: The Front of House team is the face of our company who engages with our guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service during our late afternoon and evening hours. This team also works diligently at closing to stock and clean so we are prepared to serve our guests the next morning.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate warm hospitality through a smile, eye contact, and pleasant conversation
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests

- Multitask quickly yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum age: 16
- Availability in the late afternoon/early evening until 10-11 pm
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently as well as with a team
- Able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds when needed
- Able to stand for long periods of time
