About the Role

As a Resident Assistant or CNA, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to our residents while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalized care in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications as assigned
• Provide personal and direct resident care
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
