Job Description

We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to design, build, and scale cloud-native applications supporting Operational Excellence initiatives and AI-powered solutions.

The team is working on solutions involving design automation, design validation, permit automation, AI-powered workflow orchestration, and AI-enabled business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
• Build frontend applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python.
• Design and develop scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Build and support cloud-native applications on Azure and/or GCP.
• Work with PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Use Drizzle ORM and/or SQLAlchemy ORM where applicable.
• Implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows and applications.
• Work with RAG, LLM evaluation, and AI-enabled application development.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, application security, and Git-based development.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Next.js

• TypeScript

• Python

• Strong experience with:

• PostgreSQL

• Drizzle ORM and/or SQLAlchemy

• SQL and NoSQL databases

• Strong experience developing:

• REST APIs

• Microservices

• Experience with:

• Azure and/or GCP cloud services

• Git

• CI/CD

• DevOps practices

• Experience with AI in software development, including:

• RAG

• LLMs

• LLM evaluation

• AI-enabled application development

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
