Full Stack Software Engineer (US Remote)

Salary: $90k + Equity + Benefits

Perfect for strong new graduates or early-career engineers looking to break into fintech and gain real startup experience.
We’re specifically excited to hire engineers at the beginning of their careers who have strong technical fundamentals, internship/project experience, and a desire to learn quickly in a high-ownership environment.

We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help us build secure, easy-to-use fintech infrastructure. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong new graduate or early-career engineer looking to grow quickly in a startup environment with mentorship, ownership, and exposure across the full stack.

You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to build product features end-to-end, support real-world customer integrations, and gain exposure across product, infrastructure, payments, and operations. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited to learn fast.

This is a US-based remote position reporting directly to the CTO.

About Us

We are a US-based fintech embedding trust directly into the payment flow. Our patent-pending technology allows platforms, banks, and marketplaces to offer conditional holds inside payments — funds release automatically when rules are met, with payouts to 200+ countries.

We work with platforms and intermediaries handling high-value global transactions, helping their SMB customers move money more safely and compliantly.

We’re a small, execution-focused team across Engineering, Operations, and GTM. If you want the chance to learn quickly, take ownership early, and work on meaningful infrastructure used in real financial transactions, this is a great place to start your career.
