Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Bron LLC is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and maintain the systems behind our mortgage servicing and compliance platform. This isn't just another engineering role, the code you write supports real financial transactions and produces records that our clients and regulators rely on directly.

What You'll Do

• Design and build features across the full stack — backend services, databases, and the web interfaces our users rely on
• Create and maintain APIs that enable seamless integration between systems
• Build tools that check compliance rules and clearly explain results, including edge cases
• Support onboarding new clients, vendors, and data sources into company systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions and automation
• Apply cost-conscious engineering practices, including caching and smart use of third-party services
• Contribute to automated tools that generate reports and records for audits and regulatory needs

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required)
• 5+ years of professional software experience across backend and frontend development
• Strong experience with Python (Django or similar framework) and SQL/relational databases
• Comfort with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js
• Experience integrating with external systems and APIs (REST, file transfers, authentication)
• Familiarity with DevOps fundamentals — Docker, containers, background job processing
• Willingness to learn the mortgage servicing and municipal compliance domains (training provided)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
