Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Collaboration team supporting a Platform One environment. In this role, you will design and build the plug-ins, integrations, and collaboration features that supported teams rely on to work effectively, extending and connecting enterprise collaboration tools such as Mattermost to the systems and workflows around them. You will develop full-stack software, integrate against internal and third-party APIs, and work closely with the teams you support to turn their needs into reliable, secure capabilities. The position is hands-on software development in a fast-paced, mission-focused, agile environment.

Minimum Requirements
US Citizenship required
Security: Active DoD Secret clearance required to start
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline plus 5 or more years of technical experience; additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
Technical Experience:
Web application development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, JavaScript).
API development and implementation.
Object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java, C#).
Database development (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Developing within an Agile SDLC environment (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or Scaled Agile Framework).
GitOps and version control with Git.
CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins).
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment, with initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly, and excellent spoken and written English.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000, depending on relevant experience, location, and other factors.
