Duration: 6 Months

Salary Range: $58.00 - $60.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).
Applicants must be willing to work on W2.

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a Full Stack Python Developer with strong Python development and debugging expertise.
• The ideal candidate should be able to understand and troubleshoot legacy codebases, enhance existing code without unnecessarily redesigning it, and resolve production issues through strong root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform strong Python development and debugging.
• Understand and troubleshoot legacy codebases.
• Enhance existing code without unnecessarily redesigning it.
• Perform strong root-cause analysis and production issue resolution.
• Fix, maintain, and extend existing applications.
• Follow established/legacy coding patterns and frameworks.
• Develop new functionality in the same legacy style for compatibility and consistency.
• Work with APIs, databases, logging, exception handling, and integrations.
• Read code effectively and quickly understand undocumented code.
• Provide production support and incident resolution.
• Perform performance troubleshooting.
• Balance “fix what exists” vs. “build new” without introducing unnecessary modernization risks.

Required Skills:

• Experience Required: 8–10 Years
• Required 4 to 7 years in Python.
