Seeking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developers with a strong focus on both .NET backend and front-end development. This role involves enhancing enterprise applications for state programs, ensuring accessibility and modern best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support enterprise applications using .NET and C#.
• Create responsive front-end interfaces with HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript.
• Apply UX/UI best practices and collaborate with designers.
• Work within enterprise design systems and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Implement secure coding practices and handle sensitive data.
• Manage source control, deployments, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, design, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong .NET and C# development experience.
• Proven UX/UI knowledge and front-end development skills.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript.
• Formal WCAG training and experience with accessibility testing tools.
• Recent experience with modern frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Experience supporting enterprise production applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accessibility certification or equivalent formal training.
• Experience with government or healthcare systems.
• Familiarity with Angular, GitHub, and AWS services.
• Experience modernizing existing applications.
