    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join a product engineering team focused on building next-generation enterprise payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, relational databases, and modern DevOps practices. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications in an Agile environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
    • Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.
    • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular (v2+).
    • Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using JUnit and Mockito.
    • Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
    • Identify application bottlenecks and optimize performance.
    • Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and implement fixes.
    • Utilize GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and LLMs to improve development productivity.
    Required Qualifications
    • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
    • Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services.
    • Experience developing front-end applications using Angular 2+.
    • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, or Sybase.
    • Experience with Git, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, and Eclipse.
    • Strong experience writing unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
    • Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with IBM MQ.
    • Background in Capital Markets or Payments.
    • Experience with FitNesse or other test automation frameworks.
    • Previous experience with Client or Freddie Mac environments is highly preferred.
