Full Stack Developer (Java Backend + Modern Front-End Framework) Overview We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong backend Java expertise and experience working with modern front-end frameworks. This is an ongoing opportunity supporting Online Banking, Mobile Web, and API development on a core engineering team. The ideal candidate is a versatile software engineer who can adapt to changing technologies and contribute across the full application stack rather than being limited to a single programming language or framework.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot following microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Build and enhance APIs supporting Online Banking and Mobile Web platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and contribute across multiple technology stacks as business needs evolve.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Java 11/17+
- Spring Boot
- REST API development

Required Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on programming experience with the ability to write clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable enterprise applications from design through deployment.
- Solid background developing Java/Spring Boot REST APIs.
- Experience working across both backend and frontend technologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies, frameworks, and development environments.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, object-oriented design, testing, and application architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain previous projects, including architecture, design decisions, development approach, testing strategy, challenges encountered, and overall business impact.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile development environment supporting ongoing product enhancements.
Preferred Experience
- Financial services, banking, or digital banking experience.
- Experience supporting customer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
