    • 10+ years of experience in Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and enterprise application development.

    • Strong experience building microservices, REST APIs, SPAs, and high-throughput, low-latency applications.

    • Deep hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, producers/consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.

    • Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, DB2, JPA/Hibernate, Tomcat, and WebSphere.

    • Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, JAX-WS, Jersey, and CXF.

    • Experience with Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Nexus, Jira, SonarQube, Fortify, and UrbanCode.

    • Strong knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, JUnit, Mockito, TDD/BDD, and Cucumber.

    • Experience developing responsive, Section 508-compliant applications.

    Preferred

    • Kafka performance tuning, replication, partitioning, and retention.

    • AI-enabled application modernization.

    • Federal/government IT and Section 508 compliance.

    • Cloud-native development, containers, and Twelve-Factor App methodology.

    • Technical architecture and design documentation.
