Full-stack Gen AI Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Python, Angular, and Java, along with hands-on experience or exposure to Agentic AI Framework or Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions, leading development teams, and integrating GenAI capabilities into scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers in a full-stack development environment.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Python, Angular, and Java.

• Integrate and work with Agentic AI framework or other Gen AI models/APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI).

• Design and deploy scalable microservices-based solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment.

• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, test automation, and best practices.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development.

• Strong proficiency in Python, Angular (v10+), and Java (Spring Boot preferred).

• Exposure to Agentic AI framework or Generative AI tools and libraries.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Location:

• This resource can be based in either Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC.
