Full Stack Engineering & Delivery Lead

This is a highly technical leadership role where you will remain close to architecture, development, and delivery execution while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions. You will own end-to-end delivery across the full lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, release, and ongoing support, while ensuring strong engineering discipline and alignment with business and regulatory needs.

Salary is 140k to 180k + bonus

Hands-on Full Stack Engineering & Delivery Lead to drive the design, build, and delivery of modern Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance platforms. This is a highly technical leadership role where you will remain close to architecture, development, and delivery execution while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions.

You will own end-to-end delivery across the full lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, release, and ongoing support, while ensuring strong engineering discipline and alignment with business and regulatory needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of full stack P&C insurance applications and platforms
• Stay hands-on in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical problem solving
• Build scalable, cloud-based systems using modern engineering practices
• Partner with product, business, and architecture teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Drive CI/CD, automation, DevOps practices, and engineering standards
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional delivery teams through execution

Environment & Technology Stack

• Back-end: .NET, Node.js, or equivalent enterprise frameworks
• Front-end: Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP-based architectures and deployments
• APIs: RESTful, GraphQL, and microservices patterns
• Data: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases
• Strong focus on scalable, distributed, cloud-native architectures

Required Qualifications

• Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is a must
• Proven experience in full stack software engineering and technical delivery leadership
• Hands-on experience designing and building modern distributed applications
• Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, and enterprise architecture patterns
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and agile delivery environments
• Ability to translate complex business and insurance requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
