  • Administer, configure, customize, maintain, and support enterprise application platforms, cloud services, and software-as-a-service solutions, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and approved generative AI technologies.

  • Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and resource utilization; diagnose complex issues across applications, integrations, databases, operating systems, identity services, and networks; and implement corrective actions.

  • Develop scripts, workflows, automation, platform applications, and supporting front-end or backend components using traditional programming and low-code development tools.

  • Design, secure, document, and support APIs, web services, connectors, Model Context Protocol connections, and integrations between enterprise platforms, data sources, identity services, and third-party systems.

  • Support application databases, data models, queries, data transformations, reporting solutions, and related backup, recovery, performance, and access-control requirements.

  • Implement security controls for authentication, authorization, service accounts, secrets, certificates, logging, auditing, data protection, and least-privilege access; coordinate remediation of identified vulnerabilities.

  • Plan, test, and implement platform upgrades, releases, migrations, patches, and configuration changes, including impact assessments, test plans, rollback procedures, and post-implementation validation.

  • Lead or coordinate technical projects; establish technical standards; maintain architecture, configuration, integration, and operating documentation; and provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer.

  • Official classification: Systems Support Analyst III; for more detailed information, view the Systems Support Analyst III job description.
