What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable web applications using a full-stack architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor application usage and identify areas for enhancement.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–7 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on web applications.
- Proficiency in Python for backend development and NodeJS for server-side applications.
- Strong experience with React for building dynamic user interfaces.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Preferred
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) for deployment and scalability.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Compensation and Benefits
