Job Description:
This position is based in Houston and requires working onsite.
Prior industry experience is not required.
Candidates must have strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
A minimum of 8 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot is required.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued.
Experience with private and public cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure, is preferred.
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments is preferred.
Knowledge of Terraform is considered a plus.
There is a high likelihood of contract extension based on performance and business needs.

Job description:
Design and build scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React.
Implement and integrate business workflows using Camunda.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Create UI test automation using Cypress.
Perform performance and load testing using JMeter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
