We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Institutional Technology (IT). You will work as part of a team developing software for our Custom Separately Managed Accounts (Custom SMA), which is a highly strategic initiative in our Wealth Management Technology area.
Our development teams are highly collaborative and encourage creativity, innovation, and excellence. Your experience, skills, and input will be critical to our shared success. We seek a highly motivated and collaborative individual who can apply their experience to contribute to the design and development of this solution alongside a team of talented and enthusiastic engineers.
The Team
Institutional Technology (IT) supports our business partners to excel in their respective markets. We strive to achieve this by meticulously crafting, building, and up keeping the software, technological infrastructure and products within our Institutional business units. Embedded within IT is our Wealth Management Technology domain which is dedicated to building software to support Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions. As a vital member of this dynamic team, your role within IT will focus on building and supporting our software solutions.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Strong development experience, building enterprise applications using Angular or React, Java, Spring Boot and/or Node, REST APIs
Experience with Swagger, Postgres, SQL
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management is a plus
Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins/Jenkins Core
Experience using source control and pull requests for collaborative development in code repository tools such as GitHub
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
Financial Services industry experience preferred but not essential
Nice to Have Skills, but Not Required:
Experience with testing and test automation libraries/strategies such as Selenium, Serenity, Rest Assured, Playwright or Karate is a plus
Python Experience is a plus
