Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Python, React.js, Fast API ,OOPs concepts, GCP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents,

Context Management, Server-Sent Events (SSE), WebSockets, Token Streaming,

Real-time Chat UI, Incremental Rendering

Roles & Responsibilities

• Frontend Development:
• Proficiency in React.js to build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Experience with reusable components, React Hooks, and state management.
• Ability to integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
• Backend Development:
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience in designing and developing high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (Inheritance, Polymorphism,

Encapsulation, Abstraction) and design patterns to write clean, maintainable code

• Conversational AI:
• Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Context Management
• Streaming Responses:
• Server-Sent Events (SSE), WebSockets, Token Streaming, Real-time Chat UI, Incremental Rendering
• Infrastructure & Tools:
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying, hosting, and managing cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency in version control using Git, with specific experience managing repositories and workflows

on GitHub (Pull Requests, Branching strategies).

• Must have experience in DB like Snowflake,Oracle,Mongo DB
• Development Practices:
• Agile, Git, Unit Testing, Code Reviews, CI/CD

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Good to have:

1. Experience with enterprise applications and identity management platforms.

2. Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Auth0, or similar identity providers.

3. Experience building AI-powered or conversational interfaces.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a year
