About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and deliver features across our front-end and back-end stack for the duration of this engagement. We care more about strong engineering fundamentals than any specific language — someone who can reason clearly about programming and adapt to our tech stack quickly.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, from UI to database
• Build and consume REST APIs with attention to performance and security
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code (unit/integration tests as standard practice)
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation
• Debug and resolve issues in existing code, and support delivered features for the duration of the engagement
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers in an agile/iterative environment
• Participate in code reviews and follow established engineering best practices
• Optimize performance of assigned features (API latency, query efficiency, front-end rendering)
• Document the code and APIs you build (inline docs, API specs)

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in programming (data structures, OOP/functional concepts, debugging) — language-agnostic
• Front-end: React (or a comparable modern JS framework)
• Backend: Solid experience in at least one of Python or Go
• Clear understanding of REST API design principles
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts (build/test/deploy pipelines, e.g., Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)
• Database exposure: relational DB experience (Oracle or PostgreSQL preferred)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with both Python and Go
• Hands-on with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
