Job Overview We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build and scale our digital products, including a real estate analytics platform powered by large datasets. You'll work across the stack to deliver user-facing features, data-driven interfaces, and performant web applications.You'll be part of a product-focused team responsible for the full development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern frameworks, experimenting with AI-assisted development (including tools like ClaudeCode), and turning complex data into intuitive user experiences.Job Responsibilities Build and optimize marketing pages, user flows, and overall site experienceDevelop high-performance ad units (experience with GAM/GPT is a plus)Enhance and maintain a high-traffic headless WordPress application (Next.js frontend)Build scalable APIs, services, and data-driven interfacesWork with large datasets to create clear, user-friendly visualizationsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeTroubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systemsImplement security and data protection best practicesCollaborate with product, design, and business teams to ship features quicklyUse AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ClaudeCode, GitHub Copilot) to improve speed and code qualityJob Requirements 3+ years of full-stack development experienceStrong experience with JavaScript, React, and/or Next.jsExperience working with WordPress (headless experience is a plus)Solid understanding of APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)Experience building responsive, performant web applicationsFamiliarity with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD)Experience working with databases and data-heavy applicationsUnderstanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practicesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have Experience with ad tech (GAM, GPT)Experience with data visualization or analytics platformsExposure to AI-assisted coding tools and workflowsFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, etc.)$110,000 - $120,000 a yearCompensation & Benefits The annual compensation range for this position is $110-120k.
