Compensation
Pay Range:$130,000 -$200,000 Per Year


Description
Join our team in a hybrid role based in New York, NY, where you'll work full-time on developing innovative solutions. 
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining systems using a variety of technologies. 
This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities
Design and evolve system architecture across the full stack.
Build and maintain client-facing and internal applications.
Develop AI agents and integrate them into workflows.
Ensure maintainability, scalability, and testability of code.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand client needs.

Qualifications
Experience working across the full stack with a strong understanding of system architecture.
Proficiency in software design patterns and decision-making skills.
Experience with AI technologies and modern development frameworks.
High standards for code quality and pragmatic approach to architecture.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
