Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate with experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices while leading technical design and development initiatives.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full Stack Developer Job Responsibilities include:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to support cloud-native applications, data platforms, and automated deployment processes.

  • Develop and support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions using services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Composer, Dataform, and Cloud Storage.

  • Create and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to automate cloud provisioning, configuration, and deployment activities.

  • Develop automation scripts and tool using Python, Bash, and related technologies to improve operational efficiency and developer productivity.

  • Implement security, compliance, testing, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines while troubleshooting complex building, deployment, and infrastructure issues.

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize cloud environments, manage artifact repositories, and provide technical documentation and deployment best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 8-10 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD Automation, Platform Engineering, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.

  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including GKE, Cloud Run, Dataform, Cloud Composer, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and cloud-native application deployment.

  • Proven experience with Python, Unix Shell Scripting, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), pipeline automation, artifact management, and implementing secure, scalable, enterprise-grade CI/CD solutions.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
