Job role: Full Stack Developer
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: El Segundo, CA 3 days a week on-site
Job Description:
- Hands-on architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment across backend and frontend systems.
- Build and maintain scalable software applications and internal tools.
- Support existing platforms while contributing to new feature development.
- Help improve CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing platform operations.
- Contribute to AI engineering solutions, workflows, and automation efforts.
- 80% backend and 20% frontend devOps responsibility
Typical Day:
- Understanding requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Writing and reviewing code
- Participating in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
First 90 Days Contributions:
- Gain a full understanding of the organization's existing platforms and architecture
- Begin contributing to new feature development for key initiatives
- Take ownership of both ongoing support tasks and forward-looking development projects
