HM Notes : Full-stack React + Java, Jersey onsite (60% backend / 40% frontend)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) with a strong background in building scalable, high performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands on experience across the full development lifecycle using Java, Spring, and modern front end frameworks-especially ReactJS. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, collaborative, and capable of delivering high quality software solutions in an Agile environment.
The candidate must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring proven expertise in developing secure, maintainable, and user friendly applications.
Technical Experience
10+ years of relevant IT development experience.
6+ years hands on web development using Java and Spring.
Strong experience writing Junit tests.
4+ years UI/UX development using:
HTML5, CSS3
ReactJS (expert level required)
jQuery
Node.js
JavaScript
Proven ability to develop Single Page Applications (SPAs) with ReactJS.
Experience creating custom reusable React component libraries.
Database experience with any RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience building REST APIs (JAX RS, Swagger, YAML).
Experience with web services and related development approaches.
Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, and schema processing technologies.
Development Methodologies & Tools
Prior experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with source code management tools: Git, Bitbucket, SVN.
Experience with build tools: Maven, Ant, etc.
Knowledge of Spring MVC and Spring Batch.
Working experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as:
Jenkins
