Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Angular/.NET Core/Azure)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Angular, .NET Core and Microsoft Azure, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications while guiding a small team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Angular (frontend) and .NET Core (backend).
• Develop and manage cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, DevOps, etc.).
• Lead and mentor a team of developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
• Contribute to planning, estimation, and execution of development tasks and sprint activities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across both frontend and backend.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience and a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (C#) for backend development.
• Strong experience with Angular (v12 or above).
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud platform and deployment pipelines.
• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices / micro front end architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
