Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Node.js/Python, Azure, REST APIs, and modern web application development, along with hands-on experience working with Databricks and AI-enabled applications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting modern enterprise web applications, dashboards, APIs, and operational tools. The role will involve building applications that integrate with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and other enterprise data platforms, as well as supporting AI, chatbot, and agentic AI initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and modern backend technologies.
- Build responsive, scalable, secure, and accessible React-based user interfaces.
- Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Migrate existing Palantir Workshop applications into modern React-based web applications.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs, microservices, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure data services.
- Develop and deploy applications and APIs using Microsoft Azure.
- Work with Azure services including Azure App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, Key Vault, and networking components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Azure networking, proxy, firewall, authentication, authorization, and connectivity issues.
- Develop dashboards and operational interfaces for monitoring application and data-platform health.
- Build administrative portals and management interfaces for enterprise applications.
- Optimize front-end and backend performance, including API response times and data retrieval.
- Work with Databricks to consume and integrate data into enterprise applications.
- Support Databricks Serverless migration and modernization initiatives.
- Develop applications leveraging Databricks AI/ML capabilities.
- Support development of AI-enabled applications, chatbots, copilots, and agentic AI solutions.
- Integrate LLM/AI capabilities into web applications through APIs and enterprise AI services.
- Build automation and operational tools to improve application support and visibility.
- Develop health-check, monitoring, and reporting solutions for applications and data services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, UX teams, and data engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Follow secure coding, CI/CD, source-control, and enterprise development best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Full Stack Web Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and backend services
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure application deployment and cloud-based architectures
- Experience working with Databricks
- Experience integrating applications with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development
- Experience troubleshooting authentication, networking, proxy, firewall, and API connectivity issues
- Strong understanding of application performance and API optimization
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Key Vault, Storage, and Azure networking
- Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, or Databricks APIs
- Experience with Databricks AI/ML capabilities
- Experience building AI-powered web applications
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or chatbot development
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar enterprise AI services
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Experience migrating legacy applications to modern React architectures
- Experience with Palantir Foundry/Workshop is a strong plus
