We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer with deep expertise in building RESTful APIs and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision, mentoring a team of
developers, and delivering enterprise-grade data management solutions that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
This is a pivotal role that bridges backend engineering excellence with strategic data management, ensuring our systems serve as a single source of truth for critical business data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

INTEGRATIONS & DATA QUALITY

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API / .NET 8+ and C#
• Architect and design Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data integrity, standardization, and governance across enterprise systems
• Define and enforce API design standards, versioning strategies, and best practices (OpenAPI/Swagger documentation)
• Design and implement microservices architecture and distributed systems patterns
• Establish data governance policies, data quality standards, and MDM workflows
• Drive the creation of golden records and data deduplication strategies across multiple data domains.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and APIs

 

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and provide constructive feedback

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Governance, Business Analysis, QA, and DevOps
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders on API and MDM-related initiatives

Data Management & Governance

• Define and manage data models, hierarchies, and relationships for master data domains
• Implement data quality rules, validation frameworks, and data cleansing processes
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and Data Governance teams to enforce data policies and standards
• Design and maintain reference data management solutions

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field (Master's a plus).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 8+ years of professional software development experience (senior-level full stack).
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs at enterprise scale
• 5+ years of experience with Master Data Management concepts, tools, or implementations
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Strong understanding of SDLC best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
