Role: Onshore Technical Lead / Full-Stack Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Onshore Technical Lead / Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, .NET, C#, Python, and Microsoft Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications, APIs, and data integration solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business processes and requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and assess impacts on existing applications, code, and functionality.

• Develop and document technical designs using approved tools, technologies, and methodologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using React.js and .NET technologies.

• Build, deploy, and maintain APIs and Azure Functions using C# or Python.

• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Azure Databricks.

• Work with Microsoft SQL, Azure SQL, and Amazon RDS to develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and efficient database solutions.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to APIs, databases, and data pipelines.

• Follow software development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and version control using Git.

• Investigate and independently resolve technical issues, defects, and production-related challenges.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.

• Provide technical leadership, identify potential risks, and recommend effective solutions.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of programming and software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and .NET Framework.

• Proficiency in C# or Python programming.

• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs and Azure Functions.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and ETL pipeline development.

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Azure SQL, and Amazon RDS.

• Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling principles.

• Experience with Git for source code management and version control.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and jQuery.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with WCF Services.

• Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural patterns.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.

• Experience with XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Web Services.

• Exposure to Angular and Node.js.

• Experience with Pentaho for data integration and transformation from SAP, Excel, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and SQL databases.

• Knowledge of JSP pages, automation testing, and console application development.
