DPP is seeking a Full-Stack Developer for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry.

Work location: Partial onsite (Tues., Wed., Thurs. and as needed onsite; WFH Mon. & Fri.) in Columbia, SC
Duration: 12 months
Terms: W2 contract
Note: Onsite 5 days/week may be required while training.

Position summary:

Developers on this team attend a daily team meeting to discuss progress, upcoming tasks, and any blockers.
The focus is on performing design and coding tasks, resolving issues as they arise, and participating in meetings related to various projects.
Communication, collaboration and leadership are important to this small team.
Presentation skills are needed for speaking and presenting in front of leadership and customers.

About the team:

The Corp App/Desktop team is a small, close-knit group of 3–4 developers.
The team is highly collaborative, with members committed to knowledge sharing and always willing to support one another.
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM - OT, On Call, Weekends and off hours when necessary

Required technologies:

Full-Stack Development
JavaScript/TypeScript
React, Angular, Vue
HTML5, CSS3, Java, Node.JS, RESTful API, OAuth, JWT, SSO

Nice to have:

API gateways
Integration platforms

Minimum required work experience:

6 years of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience

Required education/equivalencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 10 years without a degree)
