Role Descriptions:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Core Programming Languages (Required)
Python - Strong proficiency required for backend development
Java - Experience with Java-based services and micro architecture
JavaScript/TypeScript - Modern ES6+ standards
Frontend Frameworks (Required)
Angular and React - Minimum 2 years production experience
Proficiency in responsive design and modern UI/UX patterns
Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx, or similar)
Backend & Database (Required)
RESTful API design and implementation
SQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
NoSQL databases: MongoDB or equivalent
API integration experience
Cloud & DevOps (Required)
AWS or Azure cloud services experience
CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Containerization (Docker preferred) AI Tools & Technologies (Required) · Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for development productivity: · GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar coding assistants · AI-powered debugging and code review tools · Experience using AI for documentation and code optimization · Familiarity with AI/ML integration in applications (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
Application Development
Design, develop, and enhance features for Outpatient, Inpatient, and Pharmacy modules
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Implement secure, scalable software solutions following healthcare compliance standards
Logging, Monitoring & Performance
Implement robust logging and error tracking mechanisms
Establish monitoring and alerting for production systems
Optimize application performance and minimize loading times
Conduct root cause analysis and quickly resolve operational issues
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, healthcare professionals)
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Document technical solutions and architectural decisions
