Full Stack Developer (ASP.NET MVC & Web API)

Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Atlanta

Responsibilities:

• Systematically develop and promote technology solutions ensuring the developed solution meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and promote technical solutions that support business requirements within the area of expertise.
• Ensure IT requirements are met, and service quality is maintained when introducing new services, considering the cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees.
• Innovate and provide technically sound project analysis in depth.
• Uphold standards and best practices by adhering to them in work, as well as implementing them in the team’s work through reviewing and monitoring.
• Contribute innovatively within the team by proposing ideas to automate repetitive work.
• Mentor developers to help them progress to the next level of growth.
• Conduct peer reviews and demand high-quality standards for the reviewed deliverables.
• Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates to developer roles.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC.
• Hands-on experience in Web API development and integration.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Entity Framework and ORM concepts.
• Knowledge of RESTful services and API security practices.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Azure cloud experience.
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant technologies.
