Lentech is hiring a full stack (front-end focsed) developer
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of UI/front-end developers, providing technical guidance, standards, and code review
Architect and implement scalable, maintainable front-end solutions using modern frameworks
Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs, ensuring efficient data flow between front-end and back-end systems
Contribute to full-stack development efforts as needed, including backend services, database interactions, and deployment pipelines
Establish and enforce front-end coding standards, best practices, and component reuse across the team
Required:
Active and current TS.SCI clearance w/FSP
Twelve (12) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Full-stack experience, including backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, RESTful/GraphQL API design
Experience with state management, component-based architecture, and responsive design
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor degree.
