What You'll Do
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:
• Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Processing weekly payroll for staff
• Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger
• Preparing financial reports and managing monthly sales tax filings
• Maintaining accurate financial records for various business divisions
• Assisting with budgeting and other accounting functions as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with Sage or similar accounting software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing account statements and account reconciliations
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
