Educational Experience:

• Must have a Degree or Certifications in Accounting General Ledger
• Must have 5-years experience working GL and well versed in GAAP principles

General Ledger

• Must have 5-years experience managing company payments and accounts
• Reconciliations of all bank accounts and credit card accounts
• Memorized reports and transactions - create and track
• Monthly financial reporting to Owner by the 8th of every month
• Annual Business Taxes and Licenses
• Tax Preparation for CPA of State and Federal
• Create 1099's and Year-End-Journal entries
• A/R - enter, track, and collect receivables aggressively
• Must have 5-years experience in managing AP - accurately and timely
• Must have 5-years experience in Construction Project Accounting
• Must have Strong Initiative and be Proactively Task Oriented
• Must have a minimum of 5-years working with QuickBooks
• Excellent using Excel with formulas and troubleshooting
• Expert in delivering your tasks Accurately and On Time
• Experience creating and customizing monthly financial reports in an accurate and timely manner

Construction:

• Must have 5-years experience working for a General Contractor or Subcontractor
• Must have 5-years experience aggressively collecting AR
• Experience Cost-Coding and Job-Costing Projects
• Experience creating, updating, and tracking Pay-Applications to Clients and Subcontractors
• Experience creating, updating, and tracking G701, G702, and G703 Documents & Procedures
• Experience creating and resolving GL and WC Audits 
• Experience managing subcontractor compliance tracking and updating - Risk Mgmt.
• Onboarding new subcontractors and vendors
• Contract administration and management
• Lien Releases - create, track, and administer

Human Resources:

• Experience creating Bi-Weekly Payroll using ADP
• Experience with Human Resources, HR and conflict resolution
• Experience managing Employee Benefits, PTO-401K-Sick Days
• Onboarding new employees

Technologies we use:

• QuickBooks Contractor’s Edition Desktop Version
• Buildertrend Construction Management Software - or Procore Knowledge a Plus
• Excel create, troubleshoot, and update a must
• Microsoft Office
