    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily distribution center and order fulfillment operations. This position is responsible for leading distribution center associates, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

     

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise and lead daily distribution center fulfillment activities, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and inventory management.
    • Assign work, establish daily priorities, and monitor team productivity to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
    • Train, coach, and develop distribution employees while maintaining high standards for performance, attendance, quality, and safety.
    • Monitor fulfillment processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall distribution center productivity.
    • Ensure inventory is properly received, and counted within the warehouse management system.
    • Investigate inventory discrepancies, order errors, damaged products, and shipping issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve operational issues and meet customer requirements.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center environment in accordance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.
    • Monitor equipment and supplies and communicate maintenance or replenishment needs.
    • Prepare and review operational reports, including productivity, order accuracy, inventory, and shipping performance.
    • Enforce standard operating procedures and continuously look for ways to improve distribution center processes.
    • Assist with staffing, scheduling, overtime planning, and workforce allocation based on business needs.
    • Perform other distribution center and operational duties as assigned.

     

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

    • 2–4 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience.
    • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of distribution center operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
    • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, or shipping software. Avectous experience strongly preferred.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle distribution center materials as required by the position.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
