    Fulfillment Operations Specialist

    1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available with our client in the Brillion area

    A Day in This Role

    You start your shift with a quick team huddle, then dive into the flow of the warehouse—unloading inbound product, scanning items into inventory, and moving orders forward. As the day progresses, you’ll verify picks, inspect parts, pack to spec, and stage shipments so they leave on time and in perfect condition. You’ll rotate through different stations to cross-train, sharpen new skills, and support teammates wherever help is needed.

    Your Impact

    • Receive, pick, inspect, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
    • Confirm customer orders are complete and correct before they go out
    • Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement in the warehouse system
    • Jump in to assist shipping, receiving, inventory, and other areas as needed
    • Help the team hit daily targets for safety, quality, accuracy, and on‑time delivery
    • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
    • Collaborate with teammates to keep products and orders moving
    • Arrive on time and stay focused throughout your shift
    • Take on additional warehouse tasks as assigned

    What You Bring

    • Consistent, reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
    • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow directions
    • Basic problem‑solving skills and willingness to ask questions
    • Comfort using computers, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems
    • Solid basic math and clear communication with coworkers and supervisors
    • Curiosity to learn and cross‑train across multiple warehouse functions

    Education & Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Warehouse experience is helpful, but not required for the right person

    Physical Demands

    This is an active, on‑your‑feet role. You should be comfortable:

    • Standing and moving for the duration of your shift
    • Routinely lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
    • Occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs
    • Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and reaching

    Work Environment

    You’ll work around forklifts, RF scanners, packaging equipment, ladders, utility knives, and tape guns. Temperatures can vary, and you’ll experience typical warehouse noise and traffic, along with materials such as metals, plastics, and packaging supplies.
