Role overview
Join a hands-on team that keeps products moving—from arrival to organized, inspected, and properly packaged output. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting, pay close attention to detail, and repeat core tasks with consistency and care.
A day on the floor
- 7:00 AM: Review work orders and instructions; prep your station for the shift.
- Unpack incoming items, sort and organize, fold when required, and process materials for the correct workflow.
- Inspect products for accuracy and quality at each step.
- Package and stage completed items for the next phase of production.
- Repeat core production tasks with steady pace and precision throughout the shift.
- Keep your area clean and well organized to support safety and speed.
- Hit daily productivity and quality targets while following supervisor direction and all PIP safety procedures.
- Pitch in with additional production or general warehouse duties as needed.
What you bring
- Reliability and strong attendance; you can stand and work for extended periods.
- Focus and consistency for repetitive tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear, accurate execution of instructions and work orders.
Schedule and availability
- Regular shift: 7:00 AM–3:45 PM.
- Available for mandatory overtime.
- Willing to work 10-hour shifts when required.
- Willing to work weekends when required.
- Dependable transportation to Olive Branch.
- Strong punctuality and attendance.
