Overview of the Fulfillment Coordinator role:
- High volume data research
- Review client files
- Update tracking numbers and communicate updates to clients
- Process overages, shortages, and update the OSD (damage) report
- Special ad hoc reports
Preferred Qualifications for the Fulfillment Coordinator:
- 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience
- MS Excel – Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and follow-through
